Add the caramilk oreos and cream cheese to a blender or food processor. Blend until mixture is smooth.
Roll mixture into 8 balls and place on baking paper. Leave in the freezer for about 45 minutes to harden.
Melt white chocolate in the microwave. Coat each ball in the white chocolate and drizzle with biscoff spread.
Leave in the freezer for 30 minutes or until chocolate has set.
