Ingredients needed:
- self raising flour
- banana
- banana bread spice mix
- melted butter – you can use dairy free if needed
- granulated sugar
How to make banana bread donut holes:
- Combine the banana, flour and spice mix. Once it starts to come together, knead until smooth.
- Divide into 9 and air fry at 180°c for 7-8 minutes (give the tray a shake at halfway so they cook evenly)
- Combine the spice mix and sugar. Coat them in the melted butter then the spiced sugar mixture.
- Enjoy!
They are best served immediately. You can also keep them in an airtight container for around 2 days, just heat up before eating!

- 3/4 cup self raising flour you can add a tbsp more if it’s too wet
- 1 tbsp of my banana bread spice mix from Spice Tub or spices of choice

- 2 tbsp melted butter use dairy free if needed
- 1 tbsp banana bread spice mix or spices of choice
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
