Hi! My name is Kirrily, but you can call me Kiz.
I’m 23 years old and live in Brisbane, Australia. I am food content creator and have a passion for all things health, fitness, wellness and obviously cooking!
I grew up playing heaps of different sports, but it wasn’t until I was 15 when I started competitive swimming that I really developed a love and passion for health and fitness. It was around this time I also fell in love with cooking and making new recipes!
I started my socials back in 2019 and it was honestly one of the best things I’ve done. I love being able to share recipes, my life and things I’m passionate about. Most importantly I feel so extremely grateful to be able to connect with so many people from all over the world. Being able to build a community is so special to me and I will always be so thankful for the support!
I really hope that my recipes and I can show you eating healthier doesn’t have to be hard or leave you feeling miserable, rather it can be fun and delicious! Although most of my recipes may be considered healthier, something I’ll always be so passionate about is encouraging you to implement balance and moderation with your eating.
Through my own struggles over the years I’ve realised that restricting yourself and eating 100% “healthy” all the time is in fact NOT healthy. Food is fuel, but is also there to be enjoyed!
