How to make pistachio and white chocolate bananas:
- Line a tray with baking paper and slice each banana into 4 pieces.
- Spread a good layer of pistachio spread onto each banana slice, followed by some chopped pistachios and a drizzle of melted white chocolate.
- Leave in the freezer for 2 hours to set
