Every year I love making a bunch of salads for our Christmas day lunch. This flavour combo works so well together and is perfect for a summery Christmas! The best part about this peach and burrata salad is it’s ready in under 10 minutes and so easy to prepare.
Ingredients needed
- rocket
- peaches
- cherry tomatoes
- burrata
- prosciutto
- pumpkin seeds
- fresh basil
- olive oil
- balsamic glaze
- salt
How to make Peach and Burrata Salad
- In a large salad bowl add the rocket, tomatoes, peaches, burrata, prosciutto, pumpkin seeds and basil.
- Add a good drizzle of both olive oil and balsamic glaze, and some salt.
- Serve and enjoy!
The quantities can easily be altered depending on how many people you need to serve!

- 150 g burrata
- 80 g prosciutto
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
