Ingredients needed:
- Cos lettuce
- Cherry tomatoes
- Avocados
- Tinned corn
- Coriander
Dressing:
- Lime juice
- Olive oil
- Minced garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
How to make avocado and corn side salad:
- In a large salad bowl add the cos lettuce, cherry tomatoes, avocado, tinned corn and avocado.
- In a small bowl combine all ingredients for the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad. Mix and serve.

Avocado and corn side salad
Ingredients
- Cos lettuce shredded
- 1 punnet Cherry tomatoes sliced
- 2 Avocados diced
- 420g Tinned corn
- Coriander finely diced
Dressing
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Minced garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- In a large salad bowl add the cos lettuce, cherry tomatoes, avocado, tinned corn and avocado.
- In a small bowl combine all ingredients for the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad. Mix and serve.
