Peanut butter & banana brownies 🍫

A combo of 3 of my fave foods 😍😍

These are so easy to make and only require a few simple ingredients you probably already have at home!

#ingredients
2 bananas
1 egg
1/2 cup maple syrup or liquid sweetener of choice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1 cup oat flour — To make oat flour just blend your oats until they form a flour
1/3 cup cacao powder, sifted
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or chocolate of choice

#method
1. In a bowl mash up your bananas. Add in the egg, maple syrup, peanut butter, vanilla extract and mix.
2. Mix in the oat flour, baking powder and sift in the cacao powder. Fold through the dark chocolate chips.
Add the batter into a lined 8x8 baking dish and bake for 18-20 minutes at 180°c or until cooked.

Let cool, slice up into 9 pieces and enjoy!

Store in the fridge — I recommend heating them in the microwave before eating!

Once the chicken is cooked, add it onto a toasted brioche bun with lettuce, Dijon mustard and mayo!

homemade granola > 🌟🤍🤤

The perfect addition to your yoghurt bowls or simply eat straight from the jar!

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup @trueprotein vanilla protein powder
1 1/2 cups mix ins of choice
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
1/3 cup maple syrup.

Combine everything in a bowl. Add to a lined baking tray and push down firmly with a spatula. Bake at 180°c for 20 minutes or until golden.
Let cool completely and then break into clusters.

Enjoy!

roasted pumpkin and quinoa salad 🥬🍋🥑🍅

This week’s salad prep!
I love this salad, it’s such a good combo 🤤

Ingredients:
1/4 of a pumpkin
Olive oil
Seasonings of choice

— roasted at 180°c for 30 minutes or until golden

Quinoa:
1 cup quinoa
2 cups chicken stock

— cook as per directions

Salad:
Spinach, chopped
1 capsicum, chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 avocado, chopped
1/2 a red onion
Feta

Dressing:
Drizzle of olive oil
Salt
Juice of one lemon

Makes about 4 serves — enjoy!
