The thing I love most about this recipe is how versatile it is! You can easily tweak any of the filling ingredients to suit you or substitute with ingredients you have on hand.

Crispy chicken wraps
Crispy, easy and delicious, these chicken wraps are a perfect weeknight dinner idea!
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 packet (35g) crispy chicken spice mix (the brand I use is Old El Paso)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tortillas
- 1 head of cos lettuce shredded
- 1 small red onion finely sliced
- tomato salsa
- greek yoghurt
- shredded cheese
- avocado mashed (or you can use guacamole)
- salt/pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°c (fan forced) and line a baking tray.
- Cut up chicken and add to a bowl with the crispy chicken seasoning. Mix until all coated then add to the baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 30 minutes or until cooked, turning halfway.
- Once chicken is cooked, add to the tortillas along with the remaining ingredients and wrap. Heat a pan to medium-high and add the wraps, warming them until golden on both sides.
