What do I use to film and edit my content?

I film all of my Tiktok and Instagram content on my iPhone 13 Pro. For my YouTube videos I use a Canon G7X Mark II.
To edit my IG reels and Tiktoks I use the app Inshot. For my food photos I just edit in photos and for photos of myself I sometimes use filters from the app Colourtone. To edit my YouTube videos I use Final Cut Pro. Before this I used imovie and I definitely recommend starting out with it as Final Cut Pro can be very overwhelming!
What blender do I use to make my smoothies?
I currently use a Vitamix
Where do I get my glass straws/smoothie glasses from?
I swear this is my most asked question HAHA!! My glass straws I use for my smoothies are from Amazon (click here) For most of my smoothie glasses I recycle old food jars.

What protein powder do I use?

How long have I been swimming?

I first started swimming when I was 14 and I started taking it more seriously the following year when I made nationals! I stopped in 2018 and most of 2019 due to illness and a few other reasons but I started training/competing again in December 2019.
After a bit of a rough patch with illness and on-going injuries I decided to stop swimming at the end of 2023. Swimming taught me a lot and gave me some of my best friends and I’ll always be so grateful for all the experiences and memories I made over the last 9 years!

Do I count calories?
No I don’t!
I’ve talked about this a little on my instagram but I used to when I struggled with disordered eating. It started becoming something I felt like I needed to do to feel in control and I wasn’t doing it in a healthy way at all. Since starting my recovery journey, I’ve been able to stop obsessively tracking and I’m much happier now eating the foods I want and not worrying so much about everything I’m eating!
But I will just add there’s nothing wrong with tracking if you’re doing it in a healthy way! I’m sure it can be helpful for some people but personally it’s just not for me!
