- eggs
- maple syrup, or liquid sweetener of choice
- natural peanut butter
- almond milk or milk of choice
- self raising flour
- baking powder
- mini Reese’s peanut butter cups
- chocolate chips
How to make Peanut Butter Cup Banana Bread
- Preheat your oven to 180°c and line a loaf tin.
- To a bowl add the banana, eggs, maple syrup, peanut butter, almond milk and mix until combined.
- Add the flour, baking powder and mix. Fold in the mini Reese’s cups and chocolate chips.
- Transfer mixture to the loaf tin. Swirl on some peanut butter and add some Reese’s cups (optional). Bake for 40 minutes or until cooked.
- Let cool, slice up and enjoy!
