Ingredients:
- egg
- maple syrup or liquid sweetener of choice
- melted butter or coconut oil
- almond milk or milk of choice
- all purpose flour
- baking powder
- fresh strawberries
- white chocolate chips
How to make strawberry white chocolate blondies:
- Preheat oven to 180°c (fan forced) and line an 8×8 baking tray.
- In a bowl add the egg, maple syrup, melted butter, almond milk and mix.
- To the wet ingredients add the flour, baking powder and mix until combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped strawberries.
- Bake for 23 minutes or until cooked.
- Let cool, slice up and enjoy.
