These Teriyaki beef bowls have been one of my go-to easy meals over the last few weeks. It’s such such a simple and quick recipe, perfect for busy weeknights!
I usually make this recipe when we have leftover rice! If not I just use the microwavable packets, but you can always cook rice if you’d prefer!
As for the vegetables I usually just use frozen veggies as they are convenient but feel free to use fresh vegetables if you’d prefer!
Teriyaki Beef Bowls
A quick and easy meal idea perfect for busy weeknights!!
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 brown onion diced
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 500g beef mince
- 2 cups mixed frozen vegetables
- teriyaki sauce
- sesame seeds
- Rice
Instructions
- Heat a pan with olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic. Add mince and cook. Add in the veggies, teriyaki sauce and mix.
- Serve in bowls with rice and top with sesame seeds (I also added some extra teriyaki sauce!)
- Enjoy!
