This tropical green smoothie is my all time favourite green smoothie recipe. It’s a great way to get in some more greens without even tasting them!!
This green smoothie is packed with flavour and natural sweetness, it’s the perfect healthy summer breakfast!
Ingredients to make tropical green smoothie
- frozen pineapple
- frozen mango
- frozen banana – if you don’t like banana you can substitute with more frozen mango
- baby spinach
- almond milk
- vanilla protein powder – I use the vanilla WPC from True Protein
- greens powder (optional) – I use the Tropical greens powder from True protein

- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 handful of baby spinach
- 1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice add more or less depending on your desired consistency
- 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder
- 1 serving greens powder (optional) I use the tropical greens powder from True Protein
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients, pour into a glass and enjoy!
