This easy no bake recipe is perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings with minimal effort. Made with just 3 simple ingredients, these biscoff truffles are an ideal low effort recipe and fabulous for when you want to prepare a little sweet treat for throughout the week!

- Biscoff biscuits
- Cream cheese
- White chocolate

How to make 3 ingredient biscoff truffles
- Set 2 of the biscoff biscuits aside – Add the remaining biscuits and cream cheese to a food processor and blend until combined.
- Roll into 12 balls and leave in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Melt the white chocolate, drizzle on top of each one. Crush up the 2 biscuits and sprinkle on top.
- Leave in the freezer until the chocolate has set.
- Store in the fridge.

Ingredients
- 250g biscoff biscuits
- 125g cream cheese
- 3 tbsp white chocolate melted
Instructions
- Set 2 of the biscoff biscuits aside. Add the remaining biscuits and cream cheese to a food processor and blend until combined.
