3 ingredient chocolate chickpea bark
Equipment
- 1 air fryer
Ingredients
- 1 can (400g) chickpeas
- pinch of flaky sea salt
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips *use a vegan/dairy free version if required
Instructions
- Rinse and drain your chickpeas, use a tea towel to pat them dry. Add on a pinch of salt and air fry them at 190°c for 12-15 minutes
- Once chickpeas are cooked, melt your dark chocolate. In a bowl combine the melted chocolate and air fried chickpeas.
- Line a baking sheet, spread on the mixture and leave in the freezer for 2 hours to set
- Once set, slice up and enjoy!

Store in the fridge
Instead of air frying the chickpeas you can use an oven however they will just take longer!
