These 4 ingredient rice puff bars are the perfect easy no bake dessert. They only require 4 simple ingredients you probably already have in your cupboard! They’re one of my favourite no bake desserts and great to store in your fridge for when you want a little something sweet!

4 ingredient rice puff bars
Ingredients
- 2 cups rice puffs
- 1/3 cup honey or liquid sweetener of choice
- 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup dark choc chips
Instructions
- Line a loaf tin. In a bowl combine rice puffs, honey and peanut butter. Place mixture into the lined tin.
- Melt the dark chocolate and spread on top. Leave in the freezer for a few hours to set.
- Once set slice up and store in the fridge.Enjoy!
