I’m currently going through a big Biscoff phase. To be honest it’s perfect to add to anything, toast, smoothies, oats and also these incredible Biscoff blondies. These are the ultimate baked good for all you Biscoff lovers out there!!
These biscoff blondies are nut free, egg free and can easily be made dairy free and vegan depending on the chocolate you use!!
And if for some reason you don’t want to use Biscoff you can always substitute it with peanut butter or a nut butter of your choice!

Biscoff Blondies
Ingredients
- 1 mashed banana or substitute for 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/3 cup maple syrup or liquid sweetener of choice
- 1/2 cup biscoff spread
- 1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/3 cup dark choc chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180ºc and line an 8×8 baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine the banana, maple syrup, biscoff and almond milk. Once combined mix in the flour, baking powder and baking soda.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips and transfer mixture into the lined tray.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes (or until a fork comes out clean)
- Let cool, slice up and enjoy!
