Equipment
- 1 blender
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 espresso shot
- 30g chocolate protein powder
- a few ice cubes
- almond milk/milk of choice add enough to get to you desired consistency – I use about 1/2c
Instructions
- Add all of your ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
