Homemade muffins are one of my favourite snacks to make and these simple Chocolate Muffins certainly don’t disappoint. They are so fluffy and incredibly tasty, I just know you’ll love them!

If you need snacks to take on the go, muffins are always a good idea! They’re also freezer friendly, so go ahead make a batch, store them in the freezer and you’ve got snacks ready to go when you need them.

Ingredients needed:
- self raising flour
 - cacao powder
 - eggs
 - maple syrup or liquid sweetener of choice
 - melted butter or coconut oil/olive oil
 - almond milk or milk of choice
 - dark chocolate chips
 
How to make chocolate muffins
- Preheat oven to 180ºc (fan forced) and line a muffin pan.
 - In a bowl combine flour and cacao powder. Add in the eggs, maple syrup, melted butter, almond milk and mix until combined. Fold through dark chocolate chips
 - Divide mixture across the muffin pan and bake for 18-20 minutes or until cooked.
 - Let cool and enjoy!

 - 1/2 cup dark chock chips
 
Instructions

Notes
