Equipment
- 1 blender
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp Biscoff spread
- 1 tbsp yoghurt
- 30g protein powder I used the True protein Salted caramel WPC
- A few ice cubes
- 1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice You can add more or less depending of the consistency you prefer!
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
