Biscoff Baked Oats – the best warm and comforting winter breakfast!
I am not a fan of cold weather but if there’s one thing I know will make me feel a little better on these cold winter mornings, it’s definitely some delicious baked oats! If you follow my other socials you will know that my Biscoff obsession is real right now, so obviously I had to use it in a baked oats recipe!!!
Baked oats really take your morning oatmeal to the next level! Sure it may take a little extra time but if you can it’s always worth blending and baking your oats, It’s kind of like a cake for breakfast!
Ingredients:
- oats
- baking powder
- vanilla protein powder
- applesauce
- almond milk
- biscoff
- dark choc chips
How to make Biscoff Baked oats:
The best part about this recipe is you don’t even need a bowl!
- Preheat oven to 180°c (fan forced)
- To a blender add the oats, baking powder, protein powder, applesauce and almond milk. Blend until combined.
- Pour the mixture into a mini baking dish. Add 1/2 a tbsp of biscoff to the centre and cover. Add on some dark choc chips and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked.
- Melt 1/2tbsp of biscoff to spread on top.

Ingredient substitutions:
- Instead of APPLESAUCE: You can substitute with half a banana
- Instead of ALMOND MILK: You can use any milk of your choice
- Instead of BISCOFF: You can use a nut butter of your choice

- 1/4 cup almond milk or milk of choice
