Soft and sweet blondies loaded with caramelised apple, topped off with a delicious caramel sauce…does it get much better?!? These caramel apple blondies are the perfect dessert packed with warm and cozy flavours.
Ingredients needed:
Caramelised apples
- apples diced
- maple syrup
- cinnamon

- applesauce
- maple syrup
- egg
- butter melted
- all purpose flour
- cinnamon
- baking powder

How to make caramel apple blondies:
- MAKE CARAMELISED APPLES: Dice the apples and add to a saucepan over medium heat along with the maple syrup and cinnamon. Mix and let cook for 10 minutes or until soft. Set aside to cool.
- PREHEAT oven to 180°c and line an 8×8 baking tray.
- MAKE BLONDIES: In a bowl add the applesauce, maple syrup, egg, melted butter and combined. Add in the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and mix until combined. Fold in the caramelised apple.
- BAKE: Transfer the mixture to the lined baking dish and bake for 22 minutes or until cooked.

- Once the blondies are cooked, allow to cool, drizzle on caramel, slice up and enjoy.
Store in the cupboard for around 2 days or the fridge for 3-4 days. I recommend warming it up in the microwave before eating!
