How to make vegan banana bread:
- Preheat oven to 180°c (fan forced) and line a loaf tin (21.5cmx13cmx12cm)
- In a bowl combine the mashed banana, melted butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract and almond milk. Add in the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and mix until combined.
- Add the mixture to the lined loaf tin. Sprinkle on some cinnamon sugar and bake for 50 minutes or until cooked.
- Let cool, slice up and enjoy!

- 1/2 cup almond milk

- 1 tsp baking powder
