Ingredients needed:
- bread
- biscoff spread + extra to serve – optional
- egg
- maple syrup
- almond milk or milk of choice
- cinnamon
- cinnamon sugar
How to make Biscoff French toast sticks:
- Cut the crusts off each slice of bread. Spread a good layer of biscoff onto 4 slices, place the other slices on top and cut in half.
- In a bowl mix together egg, maple syrup, almond milk and cinnamon.
- Heat a non stick pan to medium, coat the bread in the egg mixture and add to the pan.
- Cook for 3 minutes per side or until golden.
- Once cooked coat in cinnamon sugar.
- Add to a plate and serve with melted biscoff spread.
