They’re super simple to make, come together in one bowl and pair beautifully with your morning cup of coffee or tea. Trust me – they won’t last long!

Ingredients needed
- egg
- brown sugar
- butter
- rolled oats
- plain flour
- salt
- bicarbonate soda
- salted caramel chocolate
How to make Salted Caramel Oatmeal Cookies
- Preheat the oven to 180°c and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the egg, brown sugar and melted butter until combined.
- Stir in the rolled oats, plain flour, salt and bicarb soda until a dough forms.
- Gently fold in the salted caramel chocolate chunks.

- Scoop heaped tablespoons of dough onto the prepared tray and press down slightly. Space them a few centimetres apart as they will spread slightly.

- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the edges are golden – they’ll firm up more as they cool. Top with a pinch of salt.
- Let cool and enjoy! Store in an airtight container – they last 4-5 days.
