Ingredients to make apple & cinnamon baked donuts
- Egg
- Applesauce
- Maple syrup
- Coconut oil
- Almond milk
- All purpose flour
- Cinnamon
- Baking powder
- Baking soda

Method
Preheat your oven to 180ºc (fan forced)
In a bowl combine egg, applesauce, maple syrup, coconut oil, almond milk and mix until combined.
Add in flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and mix until combined. Transfer the mixture into a silicone donut mould and bake for 18 minutes or until cooked.
Once donuts are cooked, let cool slightly then lightly brush with coconut oil or butter. Coat donuts in the cinnamon sugar.
Store in an air tight container for 3-4 days. I recommend heating them slightly before eating!

- 1 tsp cinnamon
