Banana pancake bites are basically just banana stuffed bite sized pancakes! I remember first seeing these when they were going viral on Tiktok and knew I had to try them. This is definitely a Tiktok food trend I am obsessed with!
Ingredient list:
- Oats
- Baking powder
- Greek yoghurt
- Maple syrup
- Egg
- Cinnamon
- Banana
How to make banana pancake bites:
The batter is so easy make as you just add all the ingredients to a blender and combine!
Then slice up your banana, coat in the pancake batter and pan fry on medium until each side is golden (about 3 minutes)
Once all the pancakes are cooked, add on toppings of your choice and enjoy!

Banana pancake bites
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp (heaped) greek yoghurt
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- To a blender add oats, yoghurt, maple syrup, egg, cinnamon, baking powder and blend until combined.
- Slice up your banana and pour the pancake batter into a small bowl. Coat each banana slice and add to a non stick pan. Cook on medium until golden (about 3 minutes per side)
- Once cooked add your favourite toppings and enjoy!
