- egg
- honey
- Biscoff spread
- almond milk
- self raising flour
- dark chocolate chips
How to make Biscoff banana bread:
Preheat oven to 180°c (fan forced) and line a loaf tin (21.5cmx13cmx12cm)
In a bowl combine the mashed banana, egg, honey, Biscoff, and almond milk.
Mix in the flour then fold in the dark chocolate chips. Transfer mixture to the lined baking tin and bake for 40-45 minutes or until cooked.
Let cool, slice up and enjoy!
