These Biscoff Overnight Oats are the perfect easy and tasty breakfast for busy mornings! These oats come together with simple ingredients and are guaranteed to be one of your new favourite on the go breakfasts.
Overnight oats have always been my go-to breakfast when life gets busy. At school I’m pretty sure I ate them almost everyday! I never had time to make anything in the morning as I always had swim training and then went straight to school so I found overnight oats were the perfect breakfast option!
The best thing about them is there are so many flavours to make so it’s easy to switch it up so you don’t get bored of having the exact same thing every single day! Overnight oats are such a timesaver whilst also being a delicious and filling breakfast.
Ingredients needed:
- oats – you can use either rolled oats or quick oats
- chia seeds
- protein powder – my favourite flavours to use are vanilla and salted caramel
- almond milk
- yoghurt
- biscoff spread
- banana – or fruit of choice
How to make Biscoff Overnight Oats:
In a small bowl or container combine oats, chia seeds, protein powder and almond milk. Spread the yoghurt on to the oats. Carefully spread the melted Biscoff on top and add some banana slices or fruit of your choice.
Cover and leave in the fridge overnight (or for a few hours)
Enjoy!
Ingredient substitutions:
- Instead of protein powder: Add in some sweetener (like maple syrup or honey) and don’t add as much milk!
- Instead of almond milk: you can use any milk of your choice.
- If you don’t have chia seeds you can leave them out, you won’t have to use as much liquid.
