Ingredients needed:
- frozen blueberries
- rolled oats
- almond meal
- sliced almonds
- maple syrup
- coconut oil
- cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- vanilla extract
- shredded coconut
How to make blueberry crumble:
- Preheat oven to 180°c (fan forced) and add your blueberries to a pie dish.
- In a bowl add the oats, almond meal, sliced almonds, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, cinnamon, salt, vanilla extract and mix until all combined.
- Place crumble mixture on top of blueberries and gently press down using the back of a spoon. Sprinkle on the shredded coconut.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
- Serve with ice cream and enjoy!
