These chocolate protein balls are so easy to make and only require a few simple ingredients. They are the perfect no bake snack to prepare for throughout the week!

Ingredients needed:
- oats
- cacao powder
- chocolate protein powder
- pitted dates
- boiling water – to soak dates
- peanut butter
- desiccated coconut
How to make chocolate protein balls:
In a bowl add dates, cover with boiling water and leave to soak for 20 minutes.
To a blender or food processor add oats, cacao powder, chocolate protein powder, soaked dates, some of the water used to soak dates and peanut butter. Blend until all combined.
Use damp hands to roll a heaped tbsp amount of the mixture into balls. Roll in desiccated coconut and store in the fridge – they last about a week!
