These delicious Chocolate Protein Muffins are the ultimate snack. Made with simple ingredients and minimal prep time, they are perfect as an afternoon pick me up or a little something sweet after dinner!

I first made these muffins back in 2021 and I went through a phase of making them weekly because they are just too good! They are so chocolatey and have the perfect texture, when you warm them up in a microwave for a couple of seconds they are actually perfect! Whether you’re after a midday/afternoon snack or a yummy dessert these muffins tick all the boxes!
