- oat flour
- maple syrup
- natural peanut butter
- chocolate chips
- flaky sea salt
How to make oat flour
Making your own oat flour is as simple as adding your oats to a blender or food processor and blending until they form the consistency of flour – it only takes 20-30 seconds!
How to make Cookie Dough Bliss Balls
- In a bowl add the oat flour, maple syrup, peanut butter, flaky sea salt and mix until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Use damp hands to roll the mixture into 8 balls.
- Leave in the freezer for 30 minutes to set – once set store in the fridge.
- Enjoy!
