Cottage Cheese Pancakes – a deliciously easy high protein breakfast that doesn’t require protein powder!
If you’re a bit skeptical about using cottage cheese, I’m personally not the biggest fan of it but you seriously wouldn’t even know it’s in these pancakes!
Made with simple ingredients that you probably already have on hand, these pancakes are effortlessly whipped up in a blender making the preparation process a breeze. Just blend together cottage cheese along with the remaining ingredients and cook them up like regular pancakes.
Once cooked add your toppings of choice and you’ve got yourself a stack of fluffy, nutritious pancakes ready to fuel your busy day!
Ingredients needed:
- Cottage cheese
- Maple syrup
- Milk of choice
- Cinnamon
- Baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Eggs
- Self raising flour

Ingredients
- 200g cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp milk of choice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup self raising flour
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Heat a non stick pan to medium. Cook the pancakes for 3 minutes per side or until bubbles start to appear.
- Plate up with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
