This creamy chicken and gnocchi is the perfect easy winter weeknight comfort meal. It’s so simple to make and comes together in one pan!
I made this for the first time a few weeks ago and it has quickly become one of my go-to meals!
Ingredients needed:
- Olive oil
- Chicken breasts
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Dried mixed herbs
- Red onion
- Minced garlic
- Sliced mushrooms
- Chicken stock
- Cooking cream
- Gnocchi
- Parmesan cheese
- Fresh herbs
How to make creamy chicken and gnocchi:
- Season your chicken. Heat a fry pan to medium high with olive oil, add the chicken and cook.
- Once chicken has cooked, to the pan add the diced red onion, minced garlic and sauté. Mix in the chicken stock and cooking cream.
- Add in the gnocchi, mix and let simmer for 15 minutes or until it has thickened.
- Serve gnocchi and chicken in bowls with parmesan cheese and fresh herbs.
- Enjoy!

- 1 red onion diced
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 200g sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 300 ml cooking cream
- 320g gnocchi uncooked
- Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs to serve

- Season your chicken. Heat a fry pan to medium high with olive oil, add the chicken and cook.
