- Croissants
- Cream cheese
- Eggs
- Sugar
- Milk of choice
- Vanilla extract
- Ground ginger
- Cinnamon
- Icing sugar, to serve
- Biscoff, to serve – optional
How to make Gingerbread Cheesecake Croissant Bake
- Preheat oven to 180°c and grease a 24cmx24cm baking dish.
- In a blender add the cream cheese, eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla extract, ginger and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
- Cut up the croissants into bite size pieces and add to the baking dish. Pour over the cheesecake mixture.

- 250 g Cream cheese
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Milk of choice
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tsp Ground ginger
- 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- Icing sugar to serve
- Biscoff to serve – optional
