Ingredients
- Desiccated coconut
- Coconut oil
- Maple syrup, or liquid sweetner of choice
- Canned coconut milk
- Dark chocolate chips
How to make Homemade Bounty Bars
- In a bowl combine the desiccated coconut, coconut oil, maple syrup and coconut milk – be sure to shake the can before opening!
- Leave mixture in the fridge for 10 minutes and then use a few tablespoons worth of mixture to form each bar. Leave in the freezer for around 30 minutes to harden.
- Coat each bar in melted dark chocolate and leave in the fridge until the chocolate has set.
- Enjoy! – Store them in the fridge

- 1/4 cup maple syrup or liquid sweetener of choice
- 3/4 cup canned coconut milk shake before opening
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips melted
