These sweet and crunchy honey cinnamon roasted cashews are guaranteed to be one of your new favourite snacks! They are so easy to make and you only need 4 simple ingredients.

Ingredients needed:
- Honey
- Cinnamon
- Salt
- Cashews


How to make honey cinnamon roasted cashews:
- Preheat oven to 180°c (fan forced) and line a baking tray.
- In a pan over low heat add the honey, cinnamon, salt and mix until the honey has thinned.
- Remove pan from the heat, add the cashews and mix.
- Spread cashews onto the baking tray and bake for 10 minutes (or until golden)
- Leave to cool completely then break the cashews apart. Store in the cupboard in an airtight container.
