- Add butter and honey to a pan over medium heat. Once the butter has melted, add the walnuts and mix. Leave over the heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Remove from the heat and spread the walnuts over some baking paper. Leave to sit for 10-15 minutes to cool completely.
- Store in an airtight container, the last about a week.
