Ingredients needed
- hot cross buns
- cream cheese
- almond milk or milk of choice
- granulated sugar
- vanilla extract
- chocolate chips
- icing sugar to serve

How to make Hot Cross Bun Cheesecake Bake
- Preheat oven to 180°c and grease a 24cmx24cm baking dish.
- In a blender add the cream cheese, eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Cut the hot cross buns and add to the baking tray. Sprinkle on chocolate chips and pour over the cheesecake mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden. Dust with icing sugar and enjoy!
