Mango smoothie
Equipment
- 1 blender
Ingredients
- 1/2 a frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen mango you can also use fresh mango
- 1 tbsp greek yoghurt
- a few ice cubes
- milk of choice add enough to get to your desired consistency – I use about 1/2c
optional
- 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
