These No Bake Caramel Weetbix Cups are the ultimate easy snack or dessert recipe and perfect for those of you who love a sweet treat without the hassle of baking! Made with Weetbix, the popular breakfast cereal, these decadent caramel cups transform a pantry staple into a fabulous base for an indulgent recipe!
Ingredients needed:
- weetbix
- natural smooth peanut butter
- honey
- dark chocolate chips, melted
- flaky sea salt
Caramel
- pitted dates
- almond milk
- flaky sea salt
How to make No Bake Caramel Weetbix Cups
- To a bowl add the Weetbix and crush them up. Add in the honey, peanut butter and mix until combine d. Divide the mixture across 6 silicone moulds.
- To a bowl add the dates and cover with boiling water for 20 minutes. Drain the water then add almond milk and salt. Use an electric mixer to mix until the ingredients form a smooth consistency. Add the caramel on top of the base.
- Spread on melted dark chocolate and sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Leave in the freezer for 1-2 hours or until set.
