- pasta of choice
- cherry tomatoes
- cucumber
- baby spinach
- red onion
- feta
Dressing:
- olive oil
- red wine vinegar
- dijon mustard
- minced garlic
- dried mixed herbs
- salt
- pepper

Ingredients
- 300g bow tie pasta or pasta of choice
- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes quartered
- 1 cucumber sliced
- 1 large handful baby spinach
- 1/2 a large red onion finely sliced
