These easy and decadent strawberry brownies will be your new favourite dessert. They are super chocolatey and have a boost of natural sweetness from the strawberries. I’m absolutely obsessed with them and I know you will be too!
You really can’t go wrong with a batch of delicious brownies. They’re obviously amazing on their own but add in some strawberries and they are NEXT LEVEL!!! These Strawberry brownies are the perfect dessert for any occasion and are so simple to make.
Ingredients
- Eggs
- Maple syrup
- Melted butter
- Almond milk
- Self raising flour
- Cacao powder
- Fresh strawberries
- Dark chocolate chips
How to make Strawberry Brownies
- Preheat your oven to 180°c (fan forced). Line a 8×8 pan with baking paper.
- In a bowl combine the egg, maple syrup, melted butter and almond milk. Add add in the flour, sift in the cacao powder and mix. Fold in the strawberries and chocolate chips.
- Transfer mixture into the lined dish and bake for 20-23 minutes or until cooked.
- Let cool, slice up into 9 pieces and enjoy!
Store them in the fridge, they last about 4-5 days. Before eating I like to warm mine up in the microwave for a few seconds.
Ingredient substitutions:
- To make them DAIRY FREE use dairy free/vegan chocolate chips and butter
- Instead of MAPLE SYRUP feel free to use any liquid sweetener i.e honey, agave syrup etc
- Instead of ALMOND MILK feel free to use any milk of your choice
