Ingredients needed:
- Apple sauce
- Tahini
- Maple syrup
- Egg
- Vanilla extract
- Milk of choice
- Self raising flour
- Pinch of salt
- Dark choc chips
How to make Tahini Choc Chip Slice:
- Preheat oven to 180°c (fan forced) and line an 8×8 baking dish.
- To a bowl add the apple sauce, tahini, maple syrup, egg, vanilla extract, milk and combine.
- Mix in the flour and a pinch of salt. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Transfer mixture to the lined baking tray and bake for 25 minutes or until cooked.
- Let cool, slice up and enjoy!
