How to make Tim Tam cheesecake bites
- Crush up the Tim Tams and add to a bowl with the cream cheese. Mix until combined.
- Roll into 8 balls
- Place in the freezer while you melt the chocolate
- Coat each ball in chocolate – sprinkle with crushed up Tim Tams (optional)
- Leave in the freezer for 1 hour to set
- Once set store in an airtight container in the fridge
