Perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings, these no bake cups combine the crunchiness of Weetbix with the rich, caramel flavour of Biscoff spread. The best part about them is they come together in no time at all and can easily be tweaked to suit your dietary needs! .
Ingredients needed:
- Weetbix
- Biscoff spread
- Butter
- Chocolate of choice – I love to use a salted caramel chocolate but if you’re using dark or milk add some flaky sea salt on top!
How to make Weetbix Biscoff Cups
- Crush up the weetbix in a bowl. Add in the biscoff, butter and mix until all combined.
- Divide mixture across 6 silicone moulds. Spread melted chocolate on top of each one.
- Leave in the fridge for 1 hour to set – Enjoy!

Ingredient substitutions:
- To make dairy free/vegan: use a vegan butter and vegan chocolate.
- Instead of weetbix: You could use rice cakes or corn thins.
- You can use any chocolate of your choice – salted caramel is one of my favourites to use!
