- cherry tomatoes
- olive oil
- garlic cloves
- mixed dried herbs
- salt and pepper
WHIPPED FETA DIP
- feta cheese
- greek yoghurt
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- fresh basil to serve
- bread or crackers to serve
How to make Whipped Feta and Roasted Tomato Dip

- Preheat oven to 180°c. Add the tomatoes into a baking dish along with the olive oil, garlic and seasonings. Mix and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tomatoes are cooked. Set aside to cool slightly.

- While the tomatoes are roasting, add the feta, greek yogurt, olive oil and seasonings to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Leave in the fridge until the tomatoes have cooled and you are ready to serve.

- Add the feta dip into a bowl. Top with the tomatoes and any of the juices left in the pan. Add on some fresh basil leaves.
