Ingredients needed:
- Oats
- Natural peanut butter
- Maple syrup
- Dark chocolate chips
How to make 4 ingredient peanut butter cups:
- To a blender add a 1/4 cup of the oats and blend until they form oat flour.
- In a bowl add the rolled oats, oat flour, peanut butter, maple syrup and mix until combined.
- Place the mixture into silicone muffin moulds.
- In the microwave, melt the chocolate with peanut butter. Spread on top of the oat mixture.
- Leave in the freezer for 1 hour to set.
- Enjoy – store in the fridge.
