Ingredients needed:
- olive oil
- corn cobs
- avocados
- red onion
- cherry tomatoes
- coriander
Dressing
- lime juice
- olive oil
- flaky sea salt
How to make Grilled Corn and Avocado Salsa
- Add a good drizzle of olive oil to a pan and heat to medium high. Add the corn cobs and cook until golden on each side.
- Cut the corn off the cob and add to a large salad bowl along with all the other ingredients.
- Mix, serve and enjoy!
